Had two questions about why I could not get the recorder to work correctly, emailed the questions. Eventually got a response that they were running 4-5 weeks behind on support. Never happened. May ship unit back to Amazon. Cameras are fine, recorder would be if all worked right. Would give four stars if all correct.
