Hitachi L46S603 Review: Hitachi UltravisionL46S603 46 1080P 120Hz LCD HDTV. I bought this unit at Sam's Club for $1089. Any other 55" LCD unit was going for $1500 or more at the time. The other units looked brighter and clearer then this Hitachi at first, until I noticed that the other units were hooked up to a BlueRay player via HDMI cables and the Hitachi was hooked up to a cheap DVD player with RCA cables.
